How old are you? Do you look your age? Do you feel your age?

The good thing about growing older is that with all the things that we experience over the years, we become mature and wiser...or at least we hope we do! The downside of it is that we cant physically stay fit as we used to be, and bits and pieces start to get out of proportion, which we dont feel too happy about.
