While working as a FX customer dealer, I qualified as an image consultant. When I left banking two years ago I set up my own image consultancy.

When I dyed my hair 18 months ago, my face became covered in a rash. It got so red and swollen that I wasn't able to wear any make up.

Then I remembered the fat-burning soup that was popular in the London office of the bank where I had worked.

What was so impressive was that the day after I had started the diet, I had lost one kilo, and I continued to lose one kilo each day for the next three days. I was really surprised since I wasn't expecting to lose weight. By the time I had finished, I had lost four kilos in one week.

The red swollen rash on my face started to disappear almost immediately and by the seventh day was hardly visible.
